Rough-in for remodels
Supply, drain, waste and vent lines set for the new layout, capped and pressure-tested for the rough inspection.
Fixture relocation
Moving a toilet, tub or sink means new drain routing, a new vent and often a new floor opening. We plan it so the floor structure is not compromised.
Basement bathrooms
Where the sewer line is above the new floor drain, we install a sewage ejector pit and pump, vented and sealed correctly, so the basement bath drains without backing up.
Venting and code compliance
Every fixture gets a proper vent, either through the roof or an approved air admittance valve where allowed. No S-traps, no wet vents that do not meet code.
Shower pans and drains
Linear or center drains set to height, pan liners flood-tested before tile.
Finish installation
Toilets, vanities, faucets, shower trim and accessories set after the tile and paint are done.

The town inspects the roughed lines under test. Walls close only after the pass.

Fixtures go in after tile, everything is tested, and the final inspection is scheduled.
