Main sewer lateral inspection
From the cleanout to the municipal main. We identify the pipe material, note every joint, root, crack, offset and belly, and measure the distance to each problem.
Locating breaks and problem spots
A transmitter in the camera head lets us find its position and depth from the surface. We paint the spot in the yard so a repair can be dug precisely, not by trial and error.
Interior drain and stack inspection
Smaller cameras for kitchen lines, branch drains and under-slab cast iron in the basement.
Post-repair and post-cleaning verification

How a camera inspection works

Find the access
We use the exterior cleanout if there is one, or the cleanout at the base of the stack in the basement. If the house has no cleanout at all, we discuss options before pulling a toilet.

Run the camera
The camera goes in and we watch the monitor together, stopping at each joint, root and defect. We note the distance on the counter as we go.

Locate from the surface
For any significant defect we use the locator to mark its spot and depth in the yard, sidewalk or street.

You get a plain explanation, the recorded footage and, if repair is needed, a written by-the-job price with options.
