1. Acceptance

By using this website or hiring Master's Plumbing Heating & Drain LLC (“Master's Plumbing”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

We provide residential and light commercial plumbing, drain and sewer, heating and air conditioning services in New Jersey under NJ Master Plumber license #36BI01244200. Services are subject to availability and to the scope agreed at the time of work.

3. Appointments and cancellations

• Appointments may be requested by phone, email or the website. Website requests are confirmed by phone.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule non-emergency work.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which will be explained when you book.

4. Pricing and payment

• We price by the job. After diagnosis you receive a firm price for the described work, which you approve before work begins.
• If conditions discovered during the work change the scope, we stop and explain the change and the revised price before continuing.
• Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks and other approved methods. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to their approval and terms.

5. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship. Warranty periods for labor and for parts we supply are stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment. We are not responsible for products not supplied by us, for pre-existing conditions, or for damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, or work performed by others.

6. Access and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, to disclose known hazards, and to remove valuables and pets from the immediate work zone. Excavation work may require permits and utility mark-outs; timelines depend on those third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Master's Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work at issue.

8. Website use and intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photographs and logos, belongs to Master's Plumbing Heating & Drain LLC and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Union County, New Jersey.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
